Terms & Conditions: Sales, Promotions & Giveaway Vouchers

These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional offers, multi-buy discounts, voucher redemptions, and shipping incentives provided by Cherry Blossom Hijabs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in any promotional activity or redeeming a voucher, you agree to the terms set out below in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Multi-Buy Promotions (e.g. “3 for 2” Offers)

• Promotional offers such as "3 for 2" or similar multi-buy discounts apply only when all qualifying items are purchased in the same transaction.

• If one or more items from a multi-buy promotion are returned, the refund will be recalculated based on the original price of all items minus the promotional benefit received.

• For example, if the lowest-priced item was free, its value will be proportionally reallocated across the remaining items and the refunded amount will reflect that adjustment.

• We reserve the right to deduct the value of any promotional discount applied if the return affects the qualifying status of the promotion.

2. Giveaway Vouchers

• Giveaway vouchers are issued at our discretion as part of a marketing promotion or competition and are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or intended for resale.

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless explicitly stated.

• If an order placed using a giveaway voucher is returned in full or in part, the refund will be based on the discounted total paid and proportionately distributed across all items.

• Giveaway vouchers do not function as gift cards and may be subject to expiration or usage limits as specified in each promotion.

3. Free Shipping Promotions

• When using a free shipping code, standard delivery fees are waived only if the final order is retained.

• If all items are returned (except in cases of faulty or incorrect goods), the original delivery fee of £2.95 will be deducted from the refund total.

• If only part of the order is returned, the free shipping benefit will remain valid, provided the remaining items meet the original promotion terms.

4. General Promotional Terms

• Promotions and vouchers are valid only for online purchases made via our official website.

• Promotions may have start and end dates, which will be clearly stated. Orders placed outside the promotional window are not eligible.

• Only one promotional code may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• If promotional items are out of stock, we are under no obligation to offer a replacement or equivalent discount.

5. Returns & Refunds – Promotional Orders

• All returns are subject to our standard returns policy.

• If promotional items are returned, any free gifts or discounted items must also be returned to receive a full refund.

• If promotional items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct their full value from the refund.

6. Misuse of Promotions

• We reserve the right to cancel orders or deactivate vouchers where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

• Any misuse may result in order cancellation or restriction of future promotional access.
