2. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock.
3. Can I modify or adjust my order?
No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
4. How quickly do you ship?
We usually ship out orders within 48 hours.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 2- 5 working days from the shipped date
5. Is my credit card number and information secure?
Since we only accept payments through PayPal, we do not store any card or any other related information.
6. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date.
If any item, purchased at www.cherryblossomhijabs.co.uk fails to meet your expectations then return is acceptable by emailing us with the email address provided.
7. What if the item is not in stock?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Standard delivery orders are sent to the UK & Channel islands using postal mail service, delivery should normally take 3-7 days.
We send all international delivery orders by post, with delivery taking 7-15 days for Europe and 7-20 days for the rest of the world; however deliveries can sometimes incur slight delays if the shipment is either especially heavy or due to local customs procedures that lie outside of our control.
Please note, cherryblossomhijabs.co.uk will only consider claims for lost items sent by Standard International delivery 35 days after despatch for Europe, and up to 90 days after despatch outside of Europe.
Non delivery of orders, we must be notified within 6 months of despatch.
